AGM was born from my frustration working in corporate environments being approached by expensive consultancies, armed with a raft of standard templates and promises of significant savings, without even understanding what their prospective client did already!  

 

My vision for AGM was to bridge the gap in the procurement consultancy market.  To offer a procurement service for those who needed specialist, professional guidance and custom built solutions designed around existing in-house capability but whose budgets may not stretch to expensive consultancy companies.

AGM Procurement has now been providing sound procurement advice and support to clients for over 14 years!  

 

Why brand as AGM? No, I'm not an Annual General Meeting, AGM is simply me, my initials, as it is what I am selling, my time, experience and passion to get the best from supplier relationships.  I pride myself on my pragmatic, flexible, common sense approach, which is tailored to each individual client - whether they be the buyer or the supplier.  I don’t hide behind jargon and aim to make procurement what it should be about; fair transparent processes delivering real business benefit and Value for Money.
