In early 2022 we decided to carry out a re-tender exercise for our legal services. Anna was appointed as the consultant to assist with the associated procurement. From the outset her diligence and attention to detail was exemplary. She strikes the balance between leading the process and ensuring that the client inputs their preferences into specifications documents superbly, whilst ensuring that the organisation is compliant with regulations. We found Anna’s summaries of the key facets of the submitted bids particularly helpful and her analysis was insightful and intelligent. She also helped with the discussions that took place after the interview process and provided appropriate challenge to our emerging evaluations. The outcome is that we have appointed a legal firm who provides value for money and is fit for purpose. We could not recommend Anna more highly.
